1. Chúng tôi thu thập gì

• Tên, ảnh đại diện, email và ID Facebook của bạn — để tạo tài khoản.
• Danh sách fanpage bạn quản lý — để bạn chọn trang muốn AI trực.
• Nội dung tin nhắn và bình luận gửi tới fanpage bạn đã kết nối, kèm tên và ID của người gửi — để AI soạn câu trả lời và để bạn xem lại lịch sử.
• Mã truy cập (access token) của bạn và của fanpage — được mã hoá trước khi lưu.

2. Dùng để làm gì

Chỉ để vận hành dịch vụ trả lời tin nhắn: đọc tin khách gửi, soạn câu trả lời bằng AI, gửi câu trả lời khi bạn duyệt hoặc khi bạn đã bật tự động, và thống kê số tin đã xử lý. Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu, không dùng để quảng cáo, và không chia sẻ cho bên thứ ba ngoài các nhà cung cấp hạ tầng cần thiết để chạy dịch vụ.

3. Giữ trong bao lâu

Dữ liệu được giữ trong thời gian tài khoản của bạn còn hoạt động. Khi bạn gỡ ứng dụng khỏi Facebook, chúng tôi ngừng nhận dữ liệu mới và xoá mã truy cập ngay lập tức.

4. Xoá dữ liệu

Bạn xoá toàn bộ dữ liệu bất cứ lúc nào: vào Facebook → Cài đặt → Ứng dụng và trang web → chọn ứng dụng này → Xoá. Facebook sẽ báo cho chúng tôi và dữ liệu của bạn được xoá khỏi hệ thống. Xem thêm ở trang Xoá dữ liệu.

1. What we collect

• Your name, profile picture, email address and Facebook user ID — to create your account.
• The list of Facebook Pages you manage — so you can choose which Page our AI assistant will handle.
• The content of messages and comments sent to the Page you connected, together with the sender's name and ID — so the AI can draft a reply and so you can review the conversation history.
• Your user access token and the Page access token — encrypted before being stored.

2. How we use it

Only to operate the messaging assistant: read incoming customer messages, draft a reply using AI, send that reply after you approve it (or automatically for the question types you have enabled), and count how many messages were handled. We do not sell your data, do not use it for advertising, and do not share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers required to run the service.

3. Where it is stored and for how long

Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure (Supabase for the database, Vercel for the application) and is kept for as long as your account is active. When you remove our app from your Facebook account we stop receiving new data and delete the stored access tokens immediately.

4. Deleting your data

You can delete all of your data at any time: go to Facebook → Settings → Apps and Websites → select this app → Remove. Facebook then notifies our data deletion callback and your data is removed from our systems. See the data deletion page for details and for a manual request form.
